We’ve reached exciting milestones, including launching our food trailer at the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas, and showcasing our menu at NASCAR, NHRA, LV Fest, and private events. These successes have solidified our proof of concept.
Now, we’re ready to take the final step: opening Stew’s Stix Restaurant. However, opening a restaurant is costly. We need operating expenses for at least one year to ensure success, covering rent, construction, contractors, permits, licenses, insurance, supplies, equipment, payroll, and utilities. Despite working diligently for over 15 years, lack of funding remains the only barrier.
